Your rug(s) are first de-flockulated which removes any loose particles in or on the rug. Then we use our exsclusive 3 step process that gently cleans your rug. This is very important because harsh cleaning can deform or discolor rugs. We at RCC realize that your rugs are valuable and are even passed down generations.
